7. What do you think of American retailers and consumers?
American consumers are very sophisticated. They have access to the best products in the world. So the design and finish has to be world class. Because of the freedom of the American people they are open to new things, to new challenges and items that surprise. They are not scared to try new items that stretch boundaries. Although tradition is important the American consumer is not stuck in it. My pieces bring fun and joy to those things that you do every day. We should enjoy the small things in life - I think that the American public agrees.
